4.2 Deposit Conditions

Players found to have engaged in systematic bonus abuse will have all pending withdrawals placed on hold until the investigation is complete.
5.3 Welcome Bonus Terms
The ckk 444 welcome bonus is available to new players making their first qualifying deposit. It is available once per player, per household, per device, and per IP address. Accounts that have previously held a ckk 444 account — even if subsequently closed — are not eligible for the welcome bonus. 5.4 Promotion Changes and Cancellation

6 User Obligations

7.4 Money Laundering
ckk 444 has a zero-tolerance policy toward money laundering and the financing of unlawful activities. The platform applies anti-money-laundering (AML) and know-your-customer (KYC) procedures in accordance with applicable standards. Any account suspected of being used for money laundering purposes will be suspended immediately, and all relevant information will be reported to the appropriate authorities. Funds associated with suspected money laundering activity will be frozen pending investigation and may be permanently forfeited.
Any player found to have engaged in prohibited conduct will have their account permanently closed. ckk 444 reserves the right to pursue legal remedies against individuals whose prohibited conduct results in financial loss or reputational damage to the platform.
8 Account Closure & Suspension
Either the player or ckk 444 may initiate account closure under the circumstances described in this section. The consequences of closure vary depending on whether the closure is voluntary (player-initiated) or involuntary (platform-initiated).
8.1 Voluntary Closure by the Player
You may close your ckk 444 account at any time by contacting [email protected] with a written request for account closure. Before closure is processed, any remaining real-money balance will be returned to your verified payment method, subject to the completion of any outstanding identity verification requirements. Bonus balances are not withdrawable upon voluntary closure and will be forfeited. Please allow up to 5 business days for the closure and associated balance return to be fully processed.
8.2 Self-Exclusion Closure

- The player's account is associated with fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other illegal conduct.
- The player has provided false identity or payment information.
- The player has been identified as being under 18 years of age.
- The account has been used by more than one individual.
- ckk 444 is required to close the account by instruction of a competent authority or regulatory body.
Where an account is closed due to a confirmed breach of these Terms, ckk 444 reserves the right to forfeit all balances — including real-money deposits — present in the account at the time of closure, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
8.4 Inactive Account Policy
An account is considered inactive if no login, deposit, withdrawal, or wagering activity has been recorded for a continuous period of 12 months. ckk 444 will notify the registered email address of the inactivity status. If the account remains inactive for a further 30 days after notification, ckk 444 may apply a monthly maintenance fee of ৳200 to the remaining balance, until either the balance reaches zero or the player logs back in and reactivates the account. Players may reactivate an inactive account at any time by logging in and contacting support if needed.
